Well, it's official. I am no longer the proud owner of a Modified 1997 Suzuki GS500E. I sold it to some guy from Baltimore. He's a mechanic and sounded like he's had several bikes. I guess he thought the price was good because he brought cash and didn't try to negotiate on the price.
I thnk the bike has a good new owner. Now we just need to figure out what to do with the money.
I think I might miss the bike, but I haven't been riding it much and we needed the cash more than I needed the bike in the driveway. Besides, the bike cover I had is in tatters. Now I don't have to figure out what to do to keep it covered this winter.
